For different types of Windows programs. Most likely your having a USB issue. Usually a USB not recognized is more of windows issue and not a driver issue. Grapphtec deleted the plotter from my devices list and have tried to find the driver but all the drivers that Graphtec offer that say they will work for an FC only offer an option for an FC when I load them.
Not sure what’s going on there, hope the serial one uzb. I’m going to try to use a powered usb hub as well, maybe it will produce the milliamps needed. Tweet about this Thread!

The plotter is still working properly otherwise. I have not tried a factory reset on the plotter and assume fc51100 is an electrical malfunction in the plotter.

I didn’t think that this would be a problem until I powered everything back up like usual and get an error message of “USB device not recognized”. You can try to go into device manager and delete all the USB stuff. Why not try a system restore to retrieve the driver and put everything back into a working state!
